Detailed Job Description About Salie and Salie Attorneys Careers 2023
We are searching for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary for an urgent opportunity to support a legal firm of attorneys, notaries and conveyancers.
You must be able to handle a busy workload (multiple files simultaneously) whilst maintaining a high-quality support service. The main area of law you will support is residential and commercial conveyancing. You will be a key point of contact for queries and be responsible for providing general support to the conveyancing team, liaising, and updating clients and third parties when required.
Minimum Requirements/Criteria Include
Minimum 5+ years conveyancing / transfers experience
Capable of handling large volumes of files
South African citizen
Matric (non negotiable)
Must have GhostConvey , LEXIS Convey , Stordoc & E4 Training experience (non negotiable)
A relevant legal qualification would be an advantage
An excellent command of Afrikaans and English, both written and verbal, is a requirement of the role
