Detailed Job Description About Weir Minerals Australia Vacancies 2023
Including but not limited to:
- Maintain drawings, documents and registers, ensuring that all files, drawers and cabinets are orderly and drawers are labeled accordingly
- Pull drawings and scan if they are not stored on the network and make prints as required for various departments
- File drawings and documents
- Prepare and send drawing packages to specified customers, ensuring that all such transactions are accompanied by an appropriate transmittal sheet
- Capture all stationery in stock and keep stationery register up to date
- Capture all drawings issued and those returned on Drawing Issue Control Register and keep register up to date
- Follow up on a regular basis on drawings still to be returned
- Use BAAN for reference purposes
- Input data and update information on programs used by the drawing office
- Distribute memoranda, minutes of meetings, collect and deliver post, supplies and stationery as requested
- Control drawing office stationery and ensure replenishment of this stationery is carried out timeously
- Perform any other clerical functions, as and when required
- Perform the drawing printing function, which includes the ordering of consumables
- Adhere to HSE and Housekeeping requirements
Adhere to Duty of Care Policy at all times
